This renovation project sought to capitalize on the street frontage along Southwest 62nd Avenue in South Miami, where Miami Community Newspapers; a staple of the local community for over 50 years is headquartered.

To reach a cost-effective design that would bring positive attention to the building, sharply contrasting blacks and whites were selected to replace the aging green paint. At the top of the facade, 24" custom aluminum letters will be mounted, and backlit LED lights will ensure the building stands out day and night. Additional upgrades include replacing existing awnings and added vegetation.
